End-User Agreement and Terms of Service
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Client') and DXTF. By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on https://dxtf-platform.com, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be bound by the following conditions.
1. Client Eligibility and Account Integrity
Utilization of the DXTF infrastructure is strictly reserved for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory (19 years of age in British Columbia) and possess the legal capacity to form binding contracts under Canadian law. You assume absolute, non-transferable responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes.
2. Scope of Platform Utility (Execution-Only)
DXTF is engineered as an advanced technical interface, supplying users with market data aggregation, charting mechanics, and AI-driven analytical indicators.
Strictly Execution-Only
We function exclusively as a technology and software facilitator. We do not offer, and our platform data must never be interpreted as, financial, tax, or legal advice. DXTF is not registered as an investment dealer or portfolio manager with the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) or the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).
Client Autonomy
Every market action executed based on our platform's metrics is performed entirely at the Client's independent discretion and personal risk.
Statutory Risk Disclosure
Participation in digital assets, derivatives, and global financial markets involves an extraordinary degree of financial risk. Asset valuations are subject to extreme volatility and rapid, unpredictable depreciations. Our artificial intelligence models calculate probabilities derived from historical datasets; they cannot forecast future market anomalies and offer absolutely no guarantee of profitability. You may lose your entire invested capital.
3. Illicit Operations and Account Sanctions
Any violation of the following security protocols will result in immediate, permanent account termination and potential reporting to the relevant Canadian authorities (including the RCMP and FINTRAC):
- Exploiting the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or tax evasion.
- Deploying unauthorized scraping bots, malicious code, or attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary trading algorithms.
- Engaging in coordinated DDoS activities intended to disrupt server load or manipulate platform functionality.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, DXTF, its directors, and technical affiliates shall bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including severe capital loss or data corruption—arising from API latencies, third-party liquidity provider failures, or extreme market events.
5. Jurisdictional Mandate and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of your utilization of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal mediation channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
